JPCL, as a consultant, is providing various procurement, quality assurance, technical and inspection-related services to the CM/agency. These services are being offered at various concrete batch plants, steel fabrication plants, and other manufacturing facilities:

• Materials and Plant inspections include comprehensive technical evaluations of materials, inspections/testing of materials, witnessing of testing, and review of inspection test data.

• Structural Steel inspections include welded or bolted structural steel fabricated pieces, rolled steel, plates, beams, girders, columns, channels, and angles.

• Additional inspections include large cooling fans, hydraulic systems, pumps, air compressors, escalators, and elevators.

• Electrical inspections consist of single and multi-conductor electrical wires & cables, communication cables, fiber optic cables and cords, lamp banks, fuses, and electrical control panels.

• Paint inspections consist of various kinds of paints and coatings, primers, corrosion and rust inhibitor coatings, thinners, varnishes, traffic paints, skid and non-skid paints, dielectric paints, and interior and exterior latex and enamel paints.

• Chemical Inspections consist of various kinds of chemicals used by the Client including interior and exterior bus and car cleaners, station cleaners, windshield washing fluid, solvents and degreasers, graffiti removers, floor cleaning and polishing compounds, mineral spirits, green cleaners, kerosene, gasoline, diesel fuels, biofuels, heating oils, and transformer oils.
