JPCL provided extensive data collection services to determine vehicle, pedestrian and bicycle volumes and classification counts at multiple locations around Cross Bronx Expressway. The effort consisted of around 100 TMC locations and 100+ ATR locations. JPCL also conducted field surveys to analyze the Queue counts at major intersections, ramps and weaves. A comprehensive QA/QC procedure plan was strictly followed to collect, compile and submit accurate data to the agency. Moreover, traffic data was reformatted to TIMS format for submission to client.

Due to large scale of data collection, JPCL devised and implemented tailored quality assurance plan for field operations and coordination. Data handling and review was also performed as per quality plan to avoid any mistakes. Raw traffic data was compiled into report formats for submission.
