This initiative encompasses both flood protection measures and utility enhancements for the surrounding area. Specifically, utility improvements and upgrades are being implemented along South Street, beneath the Brooklyn Bridge, on a section of Montgomery Street, and throughout the East River Greenway and esplanade. The construction of flood protection components and amenities is focused within the esplanade region.

JPCL is engaged in providing Construction Management Services (QA/QC), covering deep foundation and pile work, along with inspections and testing for soil, structural steel stability, and compaction to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and adherence to project specifications. Furthermore, JPCL has conducted specialized testing, including the coefficient of friction and bond tests for concrete, with all reports being prepared and submitted in accordance with NYCDDC requirements.
