Usman Ahsan has worked with many public agencies and private clients for traffic engineering and transportation modeling projects throughout New York and New Jersey. His experience as a Project Manager includes projects involving traffic data collection, traffic impact studies, adaptive signal studies, maintenance of traffic (MOT) plans, and QA/QC compliance. Mr. Ahsan has worked with major transportation consultants and authorities in the tri-state area such as NYSDOT, PANYNJ, NYCDOT and NJDOT, and has experience in using engineering software like AutoCAD, Synchro, SCATS, SPATEL, Tru-Traffic, and TraxPro.
