Project Description:

This project is to provide technical guidance and assistance in support of the Titanyen Integrated Construction and Community Development Program funded by the United States Agency for International development (USAID). The program includes new housing development on a green field site north of the Port au Prince metropolitan area. The objective of the program is to provide 148 new housing units including infrastructure, services, and some urban amenities.

JPCL’s scope of work included the design development, detailed design and construction drawing production comprising of water distribution system, hydraulic modeling, wastewater system, drainage system, road (plans and profiles) and street infrastructure (landscaping), green technology, site grading plan, production of construction documents/construction drawings and presentations to the funding agencies at different levels of design work. The work is relevant to the construction management during design and construction document phase and regulatory compliance.
