JPCL provided design services for Exxon Gas Stations at two locations – 172 George Street in New Brunswick and Bernard’s Township, New Jersey.
The 172 George Street is a functional EXXON commercial automobile service facility. The renovation to the site included re-construction of the building to include a retail store, improvements to the traffic efficiency by modifying the driving entrances and exits, upgrades to the sanitary sewer system and repair of deficient public walkways. JPCL provided site engineering, traffic circulation and parking design services.
The 3.75-acre project site is located off King George Road (County Route 621) in Somerset County, New Jersey, approximately 0.25 miles northwest from the Interstate 78 and County Road 621 intersection. The scope of work comprised of replacing the existing auto service station to a convenient store.
JPCL was retained to provide wetland delineation, NJDEP Flood Protection and site plan development services. JPCL designed the modifications to the existing utilities including, gas, electric, water and sewerage, grading, site features, and pavement. JPCL obtained planning board approval for construction. The project was completed on time and within budget.
