AAM Optimizations - Summer Traffic Data Collection, NJ
Scope of Work
Traffic Data Collection │ Balanced Traffic Volume Network
JPCL performed traffic data collection and created balanced volume networks for four major arterials including US 30 East (13 intersections), US 30 West (6 intersections), US 9 (13 intersections) and NJ 49 (11 intersections) that lead to various recreational sites in South Jersey. The classified turning movement counts, ATR counts, queue lengths and travel times were recorded during weekday and weekend peak hours. The final deliverables included Data Collection Reports (DCR) that documented the traffic data collection process and balanced traffic volume networks with ATR volume diagrams, system peak hour volume summaries, balanced traffic flow diagrams, travel time and delay summaries.
